Popularly known as UB40, the United Burji Fourty investment group today launched its first investment project.
The 9 storey building comprising 37 two-bedroom units is located in Fedha Estate Nairobi. Construction of the project commenced in August 2019.
Formed in 2013, the group got its name UB40 from the words United Burji Fourty. Named so because it was formed by fourty Burji investors.
We congratulate the UB40 brothers for their commendable achievement. Coming together is indeed a success.
The achievement is a challenge to others within and without the Burji community to emulate UB40.
